Dobbeltgjenger is an eclectic and, one could also say, mischievous rock band from Bergen, Norway, with a definite edge. The band’s lyrics tell tales of deep-rooted neuroticism accompanied by contagious grooves, a futuristic guitar sound and soulful rock vocals. Dobbeltgjenger consists of members from MAJOR PARKINSON, OSSICLES, DEPRESNO and 9 GRADER NORD. The band draws their diverse influences from both the past and the present: Queens of The Stone Age, Eagles of Death Metal, Talking Heads, Led Zeppelin, Joy Division, Jeff Buckley and ZZ-Top to name a few. "Limbohead", the band's second album will be released in the Spring 0f 2018. It is a colourful depiction of an anxious reality, where doors are locked in order to shut out the dangerous conspiracies of the world. Paranoid themes are depicted through a varied and comprehensive rock sound and a vocal that alternates between vulnerable falsettos, punkish screams and rhythmic narratives. "Limbohead", showcases a more focused band than on the debut, “When I’ve Gone to Space”, but the trademark musical diversity and catchy groove is still apparent. Dobbeltgjenger is here to bring back the groove and fun to the serious and eclectic rock style. Let’s just call it futuristic retro rock.

This CD Inner and Outer Sleeve

For this specific sale, the CDs sleeve condition refers only to the inner paper insert sleeve and does not refer to the case such as the outer digipak, jewel case or cardboard outer casing. While we ship all items with some outer casing, such as a digipak, jewel case, cardboard casing, or plastic sleeve, for this specific sale we are selling only the inner paper sleeve and CD only, as specifically outlined in the description of this listing. (we make this disclaimer as some collectors are looking for a specific outer case type). The outer casing is replaceable and has no value and is provided within this sale as packaging only. we make this disclaimer as the outside sleeve casing can be damaged or scratched, and for this reason, the outer casing is not offered as part of this sale as the Buyer can easily replace the outer casings for the inner sleeve and CD.
